Direct Client NEED: PeopleSoft HRMS Business analyst

Duration: 24-30 week assignment

Location: Los Angeles, CA



PeopleSoft HRMS Business analyst background and who can also act as the QA
resource for the project – here is the requirement:



HRIS consultant for a 24-30 week assignment supporting PeopleSoft
enhancements in the eCompensation module and other projects. Based in Los
Angeles.  Key tasks will include various project administration tasks,
testing, and user documentation.





•           HRIS consultant with 5-10 years experience

•           Strong PeopleSoft functional background in Base HR v9.1

•           Knowledge in PeopleSoft Compensation and eCompensation modules
is preferred

•           Good technical knowledge of PeopleTools v8.5x

•           Experience with process documentation and analysis

•           Extensive experience with process re-engineering

•           Develop Test plan, test schedule, test cases.

•           Execute QA activities, system and integration testing

•           Support User acceptance testing

•           Must have strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication
skills

•           Strong PC skills including MS Project and Visio

•           Will work in downtown Los Angeles

•           Local travel (~25 miles) likely occasionally

•           Able to start immediately
