*Wilmington, DE* *Fulltime* You will be responsible for the HRIS team of six, employees and consultant, for the successful delivery of systems and process solutions for the Human Resources Management Systems. You will lead the PeopleSoft and some other internal systems projects as well as be responsible for lead and project planning during the full life cycle of reqs gathering, design, testing and implementation. You will suppor HRMS clients ensuring ongoing operations and maintenance of HRMS systems and the various interfaces to other systems. Regularly communicate with senior management on project status, risks, cross-team coordination.
