An Applications Support Specialist is recognized as a technical leader and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines. The individual in this position provides oversight and direction to other members of the JNET applications support team.* *The Applications Support Specialist monitors the JNET application environments for systems and data security compliance and provides recommendation to the Application Support Team.* *This position is also responsible for providing Tier 1B Help Desk services in support of the JNET Production environment.
