These projects would include managing Pre-Implementation Meetings, Systems Migrations, and Documentation. *Experience and Education:* - College degree in related technical/business or equivalent work experience - Requires 8-10 years of related experience in managing middleware and application development projects in a Agile development environment - PM Experience in implementation of monitoring solutions projects is a big plus - Knowledge in middleware systems, monitoring tools like System Center 2012 – Operations Manager and VMware vFabric Hyperic is a plus - Ability to balance multiple priorities - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to manage internal customer expectations - Ability to be self-sufficient - Ability to pay attention to details - Excellent people skills - Ability to deal with stressful situations - Proficient working with MS Office Suite of products including but not limited to Word, Excel, & Project - Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and orientation towards results - Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail - Proactive handing of multiple issues and projects - Excellent understanding of technical terminology - Prior experience in healthcare or healthcare related industry Regards, Sara Wilson - Technical Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
