Send resumes to *[email protected] || 415-259-4217* ********************************************************* Position duration: IT Project Manager 6-10 Months Contract Location : Vernon Hills,IL Description: *Summary:* Plan and execute concurrent workstreams on a Global project supporting a new Business Intelligence Solution and an Account Management process on a Trackwise system. Accountable for project goals, requirements and overall support activities needed to ensure a successful project implementation. Assist clients in identifying, understanding and responding to opportunities for cost-effective innovation and adherence to corporate policy. Responsible for on-time delivery while meeting quality and Baxter SDLC standards for project execution. The first release of the Business Intelligence Tool will focus on data from the CAPA and CCM processes. This person will be responsible for coordinating with system owners. This project runs concurrent to other large and similar sized project on the same platform. Coordination with these teams is expected. *Specific Expectations: * 1) Demonstrate solid technical knowledge, demonstrate business acumen, require limited direction, give significant direction, handle complex problems, possess strong knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC, have strong communication and interpersonal skills 2) Manage project or service including technical solution, implementation, support and quality. Develop project schedule, apply tools for scope management, provide data-based status updates and metrics. 3) Prioritize work and schedules. Develop resource plan. 4) Ensure team meets standards for design, development, documentation. 5) Provide direct supervision and mentoring of project team member. Provide project performance feedback to the team member’s supervisor/manager 6) Coordination and planning of project due to multiple projects on the same platform. 7) Identification of intersection points across projects. 8) Manage/lead entire project or service including technical solution, implementation, support and quality. Understand and direct/participate in all phases of project implementation on large projects *Must Have Qualifications:* - 5+ years - Project Management - A minimum of 2 large, global project managed through all phases of the project - A minimum of 1 business intelligence project - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - *2-5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project.* - Thorough understanding of the principles of computer systems validation, SDLC methodologies and testing best practice. Knowledge of GxP, GAMP5, 21CFR Part11 and industry best practices. - Ability to understand existing and new business processes and requirements to ensure proper implementation and validation of systems. - Written and Verbal communication to multiple audiences - Teamwork, Team Collaboration - Solid understanding of Scope Management - must demonstrate use of tools for scope discovery, communications, and impact.
