Objective: To analyze and improve existing business processes with Filenet workflows. Deliverables: The Filenet Professional is responsible for the following: - Analyze existing business processes. - Recommend Improvements in the existing business processes. - Implement Filenet workflows to realize automation of business processes. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of five (5) years experience with Filenet development. - FileNet Certified Workflow developer. - Experience using FileNet Workplace/Workplace XT. - Experience using FileNet BPM Admin tools – Process Configuration Console and Process Administrator. - Experience integrating workflows with Web Services, Step Processor and Content Engine. - Possess strong business acumen with excellent communication skills. - Must have good presentation skills and comfortable communicating with mid and executive management. - Able to multi-task, be pro-active in project planning and requirements gathering and capable of setting priorities based on impact and risk to the business without supervision. - Experience presenting business process improvement proposals to senior management, and the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
