If you have Ruby on Rails programmers I could use them. • Full stack Ruby on Rails development - Web development i.e. HTML/Javascript/CSS • Solid understanding of Ruby. A plus if have written rubygem or some personal, private, reuseable ruby library. • Experience with DevOps concepts and Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins or Hudson) • Solid understanding of Chef and able to create cookbooks and recipes effectively • Able to create and manage VMs Experience with Vagrant a plus. • Agile software development methodologies • Grasp of Service Oriented Architecture. Experience with consuming RESTful APIs, and a plus if experience with creating RESTful API.
