· Should possess good development skills on Windows based (Desktop)
application using C#, with more than 36 months working experience on WPF
· Should have experience in designing large scale enterprise
application on desktop / thick client / windows application.
· Must have good understanding of Architecting and Solutioning for
2- 3 years
· Good understanding of SOA , Domain Driven Design and MVVM
· Should have experience of Implementing and Deploying WCF Services
in windows
· Good command over implementing Design patterns on various projects
· Very good troubleshooting skills, familiarity with debugging
tools and profiling tools for desktop applications is must.
· Good experience in documenting Architecture and design solutions
· Must be a good solution provider over technical issues / designs
· Able to understand the complex requirements and develop interfaces
· Not to say, candidate must have good experience in C# and .Net
framework fundamentals
· Design experience with Telerik controls / other 3rd party
controls in Windows application can be a plus.
· Understand the problem domain and propose the solution towards
the problem statement
· Should have experience in UML using design tools
· Expertise in SQL Server
· Guide and mentor the team to understand the design and support
them to covert the code as-is provided by design
· Communicate with SMEs to understand the requirements and provide
the architectural solution
· Review of High Level design / Low level designs
· Identity the potential development risks and report to
stakeholders
Must be able to suggest / provide input on deployment scenarios
