*Mandatory Skills: *
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a Siebel environment
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst implementing Marketing, Sales
and Data Quality solutions
- Conveys a good understanding of customer-related concepts, trends and
capabilities in Siebel.
- Customer focused - excels in building long-term relationships with
customers.
- Able to prioritize objectives, set personal goals and complete tasks
within deadlines while maintaining focus between tasks.
- Communicates effectively utilizing strong presentation and written
skills. Able to translate complex information into common terms.
- Able to facilitate meetings with representatives from multiple business
units.
- Working experience creating functional design documents and process flow
diagrams
- Demonstrates a strong ability to understand, analyze and solve business
problems.
- Is self-motivated and maintains a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrates strong organization and administrative skills.
- Experience in data analysis, data and business modeling
- Strong testing background with attention to quality.
*Secondary Skills:*
- Utilize strong SQL skills to query and extract data across different
database platforms in order to better understand data conditions that will
assist in designing solutions for our customers
- Familiarity with .Net is a plus; as we have many .Net applications being
used within our Sales, Marketing and Dealer groups
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and drive execution of
assigned tasks
- Assist in developing CRM solutions that maximize existing investments and
drive business value across departments and partner channels
- Develop comprehensive understanding of business processes, define
as-is/to-be business models and build strong working rapport with business
users.
- Knowledge of OBIEE is a plus.
- Aide in facilitation of requirements workshops with business stakeholders
to elicit functional, data and user interface requirements.
- Articulate business and functional requirements into technical
deliverables.
- Act as liaison to the business throughout project lifecycle to ensure
requirements and project goals are satisfied by delivered software
applications.
*Duties:*
*Position Purpose:*
The Applications Analyst helps define system and application designs and
translates them from functional business requirements into technical
specifications. The Applications Analyst will also develop conversion and
system implementation plans. The Applications Analyst remains involved
throughout a project’s lifecycle with a team of business analyst, system
experts and development teams to ensure that project deliverables satisfy
the goals and expectations of the business.

*Siebel Technical Analyst*
*5+ months contract-to-hire position. (EAD, GC or USC)*
*Mandatory Skills: *
- Develops, tests and implements Siebel functionality utilizing company
standard development procedures and techniques that support the
requirements defined by users and analysts
- 6 years experience as a Technical Analyst implementing Marketing, Sales
and Data Quality solutions
- Participate in the development of EAI/EIM integrations
- Strong experience in configuration with exposure to at least Siebel v8.0
- Experience in Siebel Automotive Vertical and Partner Relationship
Management
- Experience in Assignment Manager, Integration Objects, EIM, EAI and
workflows
- Proactively works with business units to understand and document business
requirements and to conceptualize the methods and techniques for obtaining
solutions defined by the development methodology
- Defines development plan and cost estimates
- Documents systems architecture and detail designs as defined by the
development methodology
- Defines test environment and oversees testing phases (i.e. system,
integration, stress and regression testing) to ensure project deliverables
satisfy functional requirements. Works with the BAs to gather approval from
the user community
- Able to plan, implement and troubleshoot interfaces between different
technical and business domains
- Accepts assignments as required
- Translates functional requirements into Siebel technical specifications
focusing on integrated and reusable solutions.
- Work with implementation team in designing and developing Siebel Sales
Force Automation
- Participates in all testing stages to ensure project deliverables satisfy
functional requirements (i.e. system, integration, stress and regression
testing).
- Assists in the ongoing performance and reliability of applications and
technical environment.
- Creates support documentation and trains support team as needed
- Provides technical support and guidance to users for major/complex
support issues
*Secondary Skills:*
- Siebel certification
- Ability to configure and write business services in Siebel v8+ using
eScript
- Strong SQL skills, experience with data loads, sql loader and stored
procedures
- Knowledge OBIEE is a plus
- Aide in facilitation of requirements workshops with business stakeholders
to elicit functional, data and user interface requirements.
*Position Purpose:*
The Technical Analyst (TA) designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs,
documents and maintains Siebel development and configuration to satisfy the
business requirements. The TA helps define system and application designs
and translates them from functional business requirements into technical
specifications. The TA will also develop conversion and system
implementation plans. The TA remains involved throughout a project’s
lifecycle with a team of business analyst, system experts and development
teams to ensure that project deliverables satisfy the goals and
expectations of the business.
