Duties are usually performed at a customer site. This person works under minimal supervision on mid to large-sized projects. Translate client requirements/process into technical configuration of Infor (Hansen, Public Sector Asset Management) work management systems. General Responsibilities: · On-site analysis of customer business requirements and application objectives, typically through leading client workshops. This includes the evaluation of new and/or existing systems, business process and suggest best business practices · Implementation/configuration, testing, documentation, and user training of new functionality Skills/Knowledge: · Integration of work management systems to common ERP and other utility business systems (CIS, GIS, etc.) · Data migration and data loading · Knowledge of maintenance management business practices and software · Good interpersonal skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical people. · Good documentation skills with technical information. · Good team player; ability to collaborate well with others.
