Job Title: Sr. .NET Developer Location: Las Vegas, NV Duration: 10-12 months (possible extension) *GC/US Citizen Only!!* Job Responsibilities: *Sr. .NET Developers to work on Enterprise upgrade to be completed in 2014.* Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Test, Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. *Required skills:* 5+ years C#.NET, 3+ years ASP.NET 3+ years MS SQL Must be well spoken, strong communicator, and a team player The biggest thing on this is the following: 1. Testing (QA) experience - this job is 50% QA and 50% fixing the issues that are found when testing. 2. Database ability (SQL) is important as well. The last position that we filled has a very similar job description, but was much more programming centric, whereas this one is a lot of testing as well. The reason we bring this up is that someone who just likes to write code, won’t be happy in this position.
