I have a new HOT requirement for a direct Fortune 100 client that we have
supported as a consulting engagement partner for 5 years and currently have
contractors on this project.  We are expanding our team dramatically and
are hiring 5 PeopleSoft Developers in just the 1st phase, with 10 more to
come in next 6 months…THIS IS A MAJOR PROJECT and we are working with the
Project Executives.

1.      Long Term project (initially 1 year with longer term extensions)

2.      Location – San Diego, CA

3.      Highly prefer US Citizen/Green Card/EAD (because any H1 candidates
will need to get an exception approved, but if you have a very good H1
candidate please submit)

4.      Rates can be flexible depending on skill set because we have a
master budget…NO HIGHER than $50/hr c2c

*Job Description:*

   - Participate in the design, development and implementation of the
   PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade.
   - Candidate will during the course of the engagement perform full life
   cycle software design, development, architecture, testing, implementation
   and support of enterprise class business applications and reports.
   - Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed enterprise
   development team in an office environment with moderate to little
   supervision.
   - Possess attention to detail and ensure that all delivered artifacts
   are of high quality, and meet the business needs and objectives.
   - A successful candidate will consistently design and develop
   maintainable business applications and reports.





Skills Required (provide specific details around tools, client environment,
certifications needed, etc):  MUST HAVE

   1. *Must have* worked on *PeopleSoft HCM 9.x* within the last year
   2. *Must have* a *minimum of 5 years* technical experience in *HRMS/HCM*
   3. *Must have minimum of 5 years* development life-cycle experience with
   *People-Tools 8.4x* or higher including: People-Code, SQR, Crystal and
   Application Engine (desirable)
   4. *Must have minimum of two PeopleSoft Upgrade Implementation* experience;
   at least one must be on HCM 9.x
   5. *Must have HRMS/HCM Functional experience* including HR, Payroll and
   Benefits (desirable)
   6. *PeopleSoft Production* support is desirable
   7. e-*Benefits and e-Performance* module experiences is strongly
   desirable



Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in a Computer Science, Information
Systems or related field

Experience working for a Consulting Services organization

   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   - Ability to work effectively in a time critical environment
   - Must excel in an agile / iterative development environment
