Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 08 Months *Mandatory Requirement(s): * · Expert knowledge of, and experience with Windows 7 on both desktop and laptop computers. · Expert knowledge and experience with software installation. · Expert knowledge of, and experience with, Symantec Ghost or similar tool for bulk reimage of large numbers of desktop and laptop computers. · Expert knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft SCCM and related tools, such as Secunia, for remote upgrade and patch maintenance. · Expert Level working knowledge of PowerShell o Ability to pull inventory statistics from AD and/or windows servers/clients using PowerShell. o Ability to automate administrative functions using PowerShell o Ability to automate deployments using PowerShell · Expert Level working knowledge of SCCM 2007 and SCCM 2012 o Ability to pull inventory statistics from AD and/or windows servers/clients using SCCM o Ability to automate administrative functions using PowerShell o Ability to automate deployments using PowerShell o Ability to manage Windows 7 and Windows 8 using best practices as it relates to SCCM management · Ability to define, document, and deploy fully automated imaging solutions using industry standard tools such as SCCM and Symantec Ghost Enterprise. o Automated imaging deployments of thousands of machines with minimal (to no) end user interaction. · Extensive documentation skills o Ability to create architectural documentation on existing environments and more importantly recommendations on proposed improvements o Ability to create training documentation for mid-level support staff · Active Directory administration as needed to add and delete user accounts. · Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including DNS and DHCP. · Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for policies, procedures, and best practices. · Experience in monitoring infrastructure systems for Windows environments · Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills a must. · Able to conduct research into infrastructure issues and products as required. · Leading effective team meetings · Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. · Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. · Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Experienced hardware troubleshooting. · Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. · Strong customer service orientation. · Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. · The ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects up to 50 lbs, such as computers and peripherals desirable but not required.
