Daily Responsibilities: The systems analyst will be responsible for: . Creation user stories and gathering requirements, analyze the business process AS IS and create the To Be models. . Interface with development team to explain, clarify requirements, assess feasibility and efforts, provide support and feedback to design. . Identify, estimate time and tasks, and meet schedules. . Plan and coordinate changes and implementations with customer/support groups. . Test to ensure new functionality meets requirements, and ensures data integrity & error-free processing. . Review/validate that delivered solutions meet stated business requirements Necessary Skills (Must Have): . A working knowledge of software development lifecycle/processes, a strong business process focus, excellent written and oral communication skills. . Strong presentation skills, negotiation skills, "team" mentality, work with a team as well as self-management skills, and the ability to set and implement goals. . Requirements elicitation and mapping of requirements to system capabilities . Working experience with software development teams to ensure design and implementation meet requirements . Stakeholder management, Conducting user interviews, and facilitating group sessions . Assist in preparing training material for users of new system, develop/facilitate demos -Transition from pro ject to sustaining; . Flexibility on multiple task assignments, discipline, positive attitude, and time management skills. . Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to interface well with multi-cultural, cross-geo, and cross-functional teams. . Proven ability to work through ambiguity . Strong Stakeholder Management and Communications skills .
