*Business Analyst - ET/EMD - Atlanta, GA* ** *Location: Atlanta, GA 6 Months Contract Max rate – $44/hr on C2C Max.* This is a great opportunity to be an impact player at a dynamic company. The Business Analyst for this position will be used for gathering requirements from application owners regarding optimal monitoring needs. Will include gathering HW infrastructure threshold values and SW performance values. Also gather application topology mapping schemas, design diagrams. *Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating • Business Analysis Required • Electronic Ticketing (ET) processes and procedures Required • Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) processes and procedures Required * Understanding how support tools work- Comprehend questions to ask and understand common terminology Interface with application communities - having full knowledge of how applications team thinks and acts Network devices servers - What are the triggers to make application perform at optimal level.
