*Job Title: Maximo Developer* *Location: San Francisco, CA * *Duration: 11+ Months* *Required Skills/Experience: * Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Oracle, SQL Server, WebLogic, WebSphere Software Applications, Maximo V5, V6, V7, TRIRIGA Possess in depth knowledge of configuration, coding, and best practices for each of the major IBM Maximo CMMS modules Supervisory experience in a large, dynamic organization with exposure to general and plant accounting, construction and contracting processes and practices and campus accounting policies and practices. 5+ years experience implementing large scale enterprise asset management solutions for clients across different industries in public/private sectors 5+ years experience dealing with Executive Level management; guiding them through software design and requirements processes 5+ years experience managing software development life-cycle, with experience in Agile/Scum development Ability to learn and use the internal FM business system Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with campus departments at all levels; ability to effectively interact with a diverse professional staff both independently and as a team member in a busy environment.
