Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Highly skilled. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities. This position may perform systems analysis functions. Skills Technical Skills: 1. Knowledge on Workflow Management BPM/BAM concepts. 2. *Hands-on experience with IBM BPM - Design, build, troubleshoot, Deploy for UI (Coaches), Integration Services, Rules, Processes, Dashboards, etc*. 3. *Hands-on experience on IBM BPM Basic Administration* 4. Ability to operate DDL, DML commands, write basic-intermediate SQL procedures (good to have) 5. Ability to operate UNIX environment 6. Capability to read, write, debug JAVA code 7. Knowledge of WAS Administration 8. *Hands on JAVA Script* 9. Oracle 10. Outlook to Filenet 11. Filenet 12. Citrix 13. Analysis skills to conceptualize workflows and translate them into BPM Non-technical skills: 1. Good analytical ability to anticipate risks, assess impact, and suggest design options. 2. Very good communication skills interacting with functional teams (masking the IBM tool specifics and talking the business language) . Keywords Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, typically six or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of four years experience application program development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
