Position below ……… Send me profiles : [email protected] *Role * : *Senior Data Architect* *Location* : *Charlotte, NC and other in NYC*** *Contract : 6+ Months* *Interview : Skype Interview* *Job Description* · Senior technical resource that can lead the design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise class data solutions. · Demonstrated history in database architecture, data modeling and database design for both transactional and analytical (dimensional) needs. · Demonstrated experience with varied relational database management systems. * DESCRIPTION* · Expert data modeling skills at the conceptual, logical and physical level.** · *Expert knowledge of one or more data modeling applications, such as Erwin, ER Studio, Power Designer**,* etc. · *Expert level SQL skills including DML and DDL for various database platforms.* · *Substantial knowledge of several RDMS platforms, such as Oracle, SQL Server, IBM UDB*, etc. While not a DBA, an in depth understanding of strategies for indexing, physical storage, partitioning, compression, and query optimization is required. · *Work as a technical leader, assisting multiple teams on their respective projects to ensure they meet corporate technical standards.* *Job Requirement:* · *10+ years’ experience in designing/implementing enterprise data solutions*.** · Demonstrated ability to integrate design with strategy, research, and technology. · Ability to guide high-level solution architecture while also understanding and guiding detailed specifications. · Organized and detailed, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. · Able to develop new approaches to complex technical issues and can convey solutions into tangible form. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. · Strong analytical and oral communication skills. · Excellent design and strategic leadership skills. · Knowledge of cutting edge technologies for enterprise environments. · Excellent oral and written presentation skills. · Uncompromising standards of quality in building and delivering technology solutions. · Degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
