Object oriented concepts and design 2. Java Development 3. Experience with MQ, WebSphere, Hibernate, SOAP, JPA, JDBC, Spring or Hibernate 4. XML messaging and the HTTP protocol 5. Experience Encryption algorithms and implementations 6. Experience in handling PII data. 7. A strong desire to learn new systems, languages and technologies 8. A strong understanding of transactional systems, web based application design, and multithreading 9. Unit testing frameworks such as nUnit and the concept of continuous integration. 10. Familiarity with basic network design and storage systems 11. Performs other duties as necessary.
