Job Title: Linux Administrator Location: Allentown, PA Duration: 13+ Months *Rate: $50/hr on C2C* Job Description: Technically sound in the setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Red Hat Linux 5.x and 6.x and some experience with other Unix flavors (preferably HP-UX, but Unix is Unix….) Understands storage and SAN configurations enough to troubleshoot problems related to Linux blades, boot from SAN and multipathing as well as replicated storage HP blade chassis experience. I mean real experience working on them, not just giving me the information from the HP website. Experience with Red Hat Satellite or other automation tools and experience with any LDAP adapter to AD from Linux Ability to document and create new processes and procedures to drive efficiencies by thinking “out of the box” Real experience with VMWare ESX.
