Job Title: Lead .Net Developer Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6 Months CTH *Skype 100% MandatoryEAD, GC, US Citizen Only!* Responsibilities: Back office steady state activities: (not all inclusive). *Participate in the supervision of a contracted steady state support team.* Assist in support questions Assist in quality assurance Assist in Production implementations and validation of the implementation o Participate in ‘On-call’ support, when necessary to resolve production issues. Including off hours (weekends and night) support. Carry a company issued pager/cell phone. Participate in Installs/Fixes which may occur during off hours. Coding and testing of fixes/enhancements to existing application programs MP&A initiatives: (not all inclusive) Participate in meeting with user(s) to determine requirements and scope o Participate in functional design deliverables. Participate in the creation of technical design deliverables. Code, Test, document, and implement new applications of small to medium complexity Train user in use of new applications created. Participate in test planning on projects and task work. Teaming: (not all inclusive) *Identifies and implements continuous improvement process and procedures further streamlining work and support. Identifies and implements opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
