Lead Unified Communications Engineer Must be able to design, plan, coordinate and execute on all aspects of Unified Communications. Working from Greenfield sites, to large and small migrations and integrations. The candidate must be able to manage projects and keep to timeline deliverables defined in project plans. In depth knowledge to support and troubleshoot, as needed all Unified Communications platforms for Broadridge. Execute moves adds and changes within the Local Campus, as well as in remote sites throughout the organization across the globe. Support Cisco CUCM Platform, includes call manager clusters, unity connection, UCCX support and scripting, support call recording platforms in the environment. Support for Genesys and Cisco IVR, and UCCE Call Center Platforms. Circuit Provisioning, turn up, and troubleshooting. Communications billing.
