Location: Ashburn, VA
Length: 4-6 months w/option for

MUST BE ALL INCLUSIVE
*Overview:*
fully described herein, provide Customer with one (1) Support and
Management Automation Resident who will be an active participant in and
contributor to Customer’s storage team for a period of 4-6 months
(“Service”). The Support Resident’s activities will be directed by Customer
and may include the following:
[image: *] Drive automation of support and storage management
activities*. Someone that knows HDS--VSP, USPVs and AMS platforms; Emphasis
is on RHEL/Linux and Windows*
*Requirements:*
1. Must have 3-5 yrs of *HDS *hardware/software implementation &
operationalize routine storage automation tasks:
a. Host OS :Solaris, RHEL/Linux, AIX, Windows, and ESX (Storage
provisioning & Native Multi-pathing)
b. SAN Management: =Storage Provisioning/Storage Allocation
(VMAX/VNX/VSP/USP-V/)
c. SAN Administration (Zoning/ISL/Routing on Brocade Switches) /Boot
from SAN
d. Firmware Upgrades
e. Monitoring: =Incident Management & =Change Management
f. Support:
2. Must have Previous experience conducting document automation
requirements for system and storage processes across the business units
3. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator
5. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of
this project
