Experience interfacing with trading desk at capital markets firms (trading systems, compliance, risk/portfolio management) . Strong SQL and C# . Write Business Requirements documents . Excellent communication skills both written and verbal . Experience in identifying and assessing key business processes. . Demonstrated performance excellence with a track record of success on large global projects . Experience in all facets of project lifecycle; strong comprehension of project management methodologies; genuine commitment to project environment and discipline. . The candidate must be able to think critically, analyze workflows and data, draw conclusions, and suggest approaches to mitigate operational risk, improve efficiency and recommend automated solutions. . Experience in Information Technology fields like Big Data, would be a plus.
