*Role : Oracle Business Analyst*

*Position Description:*
*As an NPI BSA on the Functional team, you are responsible for partnering
with Product Management, Configurator Analysts, and IT teams to ensure
QuoteEdge meets the requirements agreed to with the business.
*
*You will also work to set expectations around the Configurator
capabilities and IT capacity with the business and ensure the results
implemented into Production match the final agreed to requirements.
*
*For each QuoteEdge release, you will focus on quality, completing release
milestones on time, and process improvement.
*
*A strong understanding of Product and Service offerings combined with a
strong technical background is crucial in this role.
*
*The right candidate will have a functional understanding of the
Configurator domain in a high tech industry with expertise in the Oracle
EBS Configurator Module. *
*Skills that are "Must Haves":*
*Experience with Configurator tools, Agile PLM, and ideally, Oracle ERP. *
*Good understanding of Quote to Order processes and Oracle EBS modules like
Advanced Product Catalogue, Quoting, Pricing and OM are a plus.
*
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer
service, business and negotiation skills.
*
*Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the
organization, including remote areas.
*
*Effective leadership skills needed in order to influence cross functional
teams successfully. *
*Self-motivated, takes initiative, and drives hard to meet deadlines.
*
*Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
*
*Education and Experience*
*A minimum of 8-12 years of experience.
*
*A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent experience.
*
*Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical
projects. *
*Skills that are "Nice to Haves":*
*Collect, document, and acquire cross functional approval for configuration
rules and data for new and existing products in QuoteEdge.
*
*Collaborate with technical leads to understand and extend the current
functionality in the Configurator area.
*
*Drive and facilitate functional design discussions with IT & business
teams and quickly understand and evaluate solution and design challenges.
*
*Ensure that the business requirements and design documents (rules, data,
and UI) reflect the final agreed to requirements.
*
*Work with QA teams to ensure that Test Scripts match expected results and
cover all areas affected by the Configurator requirements.
*
*Provide Use Cases to ensure business requirements thoroughly address all
impacted areas have been implemented as intended.
*
*Participate in Functionality testing on New Product Introductions and
Enhancements. *
*Analyze Production defects found in QuoteEdge to confirm impact, severity,
and possible workaround. *
*Assist Product Configuration Managers with Quote-To-Cash process. *
