*Duration: *6 Month Contract




*Responsibilities for .Net Application Developer*

   1. Develops work flow diagrams, data flow diagrams and data mapping
   documents.
   2. Codes application elements using .Net, XML, CSS, etc., and checks all
   code in/out of Team Foundation Server to ensure code integrity and version
   control.
   3. Writes .Net code to develop new forms, fix bugs, and facilitate
   enhancements in existing web applications;
   4. Writes complex PL SQL queries and Stored Procedures;
   5. Troubleshoots, debugs, and optimizes code to ensure performance and
   security requirements.
   6. Provides quality control/assurance to systems and programming
   activities, which includes determining causes of form/feature failure,
   taking corrective actions, coordinating testing and implementing changes.
   7. Works with Database Administrators, Release Manager, Quality
   Assurance Manager, and other ITO staff, as warranted to expedite software
   fixes that affect production, data quality, and access.

*Qualifications for .Net Application Developer*

*1.*     Minimum of four years of experience with*.NET development and
solid knowledge of* *.Net architecture, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net and
ADO.net.  *

*2.*     *Experience in web-enablement of multitier enterprise applications
is required.  *

*3.*     E*xperience with applications needing connectivity to Oracle in
both native and ODBC environments.  *

*4.*     *Experience with applications needing connectivity to Oracle with
ODP.Net.  *

5.      Expertise with ORACLE RDBMS, SQL-Plus, PL/SQL, and Toad

*6.*      *Experience in web-enablement of client/server applications.*

*7.*     *Proficiency with Visual studio, Team Foundation Server and
standard Microsoft development environment. *

8.      Education/experience that includes the design, development and
implementation of large-scale network based, multi-user applications.

9.     Thorough understanding of structured design methodology,
prototyping, client server/object oriented technologies and programming
techniques.

10.  Familiarity with Windows, JavaScript, Java, HTML, XML, XSD, and Web
based applications.

11.  Experience developing Web Services,* object-oriented development and
development of CLASS objects.*

12.  Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team setting with close
communication with others..

13.  Excellent written and oral communication skills.

14.  Understanding and training in configuration management principles,
change control practices and techniques, software version management

*15.*   *Ability to pursue tasks with a minimum of supervision and deliver
quality work on time. *



*EEA Development Environment:*

   - Development environment includes Microsoft .Net framework 2.0, 3.5 and
   4.x, Visual Studio 2010, Microsoft Enterprise Libraries, Team Foundation
   Server, and Toad.
   - Primarily using VB.Net, but some ASP.Net and C#.Net is also in
   production.
   - Use of web services, Cascading Style Sheets, JavaScript, AJAX and XML.
   - Third party tools include Toad, Infragistics, and Active Reports.
   - Database connectivity to Oracle 10g and 12c.
   - Software cycles through Development, Test, Stage, and Production
   environments.
