Must have good knowledge in Oracle CRM modules TeleService, Depot Repair, Installed Base, Field Service & Service Contracts Good experience in CRM Foundation, TCA and Territory Manager Must have 3 end to end implementation experience in the area of CRM. Should be able to architect solutions in CRM Service area Good communication Skills, customer facing skills. Should have the capability of Business process re-organization, drive innovative solutions and guide customer and delivery teams Good experience in Onsite/offshore model. *Skill and Experience Details:* -->Project Management(L2)-Conceptual awareness of core project management techniques and some practical experience (PRACTITIONER) Practicing Project manager who has either completed a formal course in project management techniques, behavioural skills, have some team handling experience or demonstrated sufficient experience in projects handled and/or has cleared suitable internal assessments Will be responsible for medium sized projects or projects of moderate criticality (defined by internal and customer context) and be able to handle projects with varying scope and conflict with some level of supervision and guidance from line/practice manager Will be responsible for delivering the project using organization project management/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality Will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting (internal and external) project performance (status and progress) on a periodic basis Will be able to evolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to work with internal supervision/guidance to manage internal and external conflicts -->CRM Solution Design(L2)-Should have good technical grasp of SQL, Reports, Interfaces (understanding and interpretation), Workflows, XML Publisher Should have basic understanding of some of the complex technologies like CTI, MCF and must be an expert in atleast 1 of them. Should be able to apply or must have applied of EAPM in atleast 1 project and also aware of documentation involved in these methodologies. Should be able to design functional documents, technical specifications, design test cases, gap analysis documents, requirement specification documents Should know at all modules of CRM Foundation modules thoroughly Must have thorough knowledge of the table structures of atleast 1Module.
