Possess a background in the utilities and industry-related practices. *DESCRIPTION:* The primary purpose of this position is to participate in the system development life cycle of a user security project. This will include: technical design, development, testing and deployment of the solution. The solution implemented / supported will typically involve several technologies, including database, client-server, integration and web development components as well as requiring the individual to be well versed in multiple software languages and tools.
