Collaborates with project team members and QA on development, customer issues, and security requirements. •Provides technical and design expertise to the project team regarding applications solutions and problem resolution. •Runs code and design reviews and technical presentations to cross functional staff. •Provides 24/7 on-call rotational support of applications support to users including issue resolution. Accurately repairs and documents changes to applications as assigned. •Monitors system and application performance and troubleshoot/ resolve escalated issues. Works under established guidelines and controls including CES corporate compliance, technical standards, and best practices. *Qualifications* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS is generally required. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training •7+ years professional experience in IT software development •3+ years of Java / J2EE development is a must •SOA / Web Services development is a must •3+ years of hands on experience with integration technologies is a must, Tibco is a major plus •XML Programming / XSLT is a must •SQL is a must •Oracle PL/SQL is a plus •Mobile application development is a plus •ETL technology (like Informatica) is a plus •Well developed written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management.
