Maintains tracking system for results and corrective action; - Compare actual project procedures to the specified standards, procedures, and, if required, specific 3rd party contractual requirements; - Create end-user documentation including quick start guides, user manuals, and on-line help systems; - Analyze quality data to detect unsatisfactory trends or weaknesses for mitigation, remediation or correction; - Conduct audits of processes for conformance to specifications and to detect processing and technical documentation deficiencies and recommend corrective action, including establishment of acceptable quality levels and statistical techniques; - Provide regular reports on the results of compliance reviews to the project team, project team leaders and management. Report on progress on action item resolution and possible risk areas; - Obtain feedback from project teams regarding the overall effectiveness of software quality processes followed. Review with team and develop continuous improvement action plans.
