Understanding the working of a contact centre, Should have fair knowledge on basic CTI concepts, ACD and IVR, Fair knowledge on Genesys Framework ( Tserevr, Statserver, URS),Add, Change, Delete phone extension and user configuration in Genesys as needed, Fair knowledge on Genesys Inbound and Outbound, Knowledge on Multi-Channel Routing (MCR) is an advantage, Flair for writing test cases on contact center scenarios, Knowledge on CCPulse+ is an advantage, Should have fair knowledge on SIP technologies, Call Flow Analysis, Design and execute test scenarios and scripts, Define and perform regression, performance and stress testing, Plan test schedules in accordance with project scope and delivery dates *Skill and Experience Details:* Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the various automation tools. Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client. Should be capable to create the required automation framework to the client. Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. Concepts of Globalisation and Localization testing will be an added advantage Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool. Should have a test to break attitude and should be able to design positive & negative test scenarios based on the validation on controls, cookies etc. Should have prior experience of web testing and knowledge of how the web testing is done, what are the different components that form a part of web testing. Should have idea of the different features available in websites, the controls, the cookies etc. knowledge of the browsers on which web testing can be done.
