Job Role : Desktop Support Consultant
Location : Catlettsburg, KY
Duration : 6 Months+

JD:
Above average customer service and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Remedy and MS Office Suite.
Need to be able to quickly grasp and understand technical issues.
Need to act as facilitator from time to time. Need to have great people
skills.
Ability to multi-task is a must.
Maintain and update a standard Windows XP image.

Duties include:
AG4 Provide desk side support (Hardware/Software Support & Training) on
Windows XP
Diagnose & repair PC’s hardware & software
Manage, troubleshoot , repair HP LaserJet & MFP devices (local & networked)
In charge of printer warranty repair work through local contracted repair
firms
PC peripheral support (PDA’s, Air cards, etc.)
Install and test hardware to make sure it is working and identify system
hardware problems
Diagnose problems with software configurations and LAN connectivity issues
Monitor Remedy database queue and work the calls in accordance within the
Service Level Agreement.
Manage Dell desktops
