Working with developers to implement custom functionality. Advocate for best practices, great usability, and user experience. *Requirements:* Expert CSS and HTML skills with experience building modern responsive sites. Experience working with JavaScript and jQuery. Experience building Drupal 7 themes. Experience working with Photoshop and optimizing images. Experience with version control (Git). Genuine passion for web development. Basic knowledge of the UNIX command line (drush/ssh) will be plus. Experience optimizing themes for fast site performance.
