Release Coordinator-  Ideal candidate is a local lady that is

flexible and able to work in a fast paced, changing environment. (Job
Description below) 5. 2 Project Coordinator roles-  Support multiple
managers with skills listed below.



*The Release coordinator and the Project coordinator are similar so please
let me know if you have any questions.



Release Coordinator Essential Functions:



* Assist Environment PM with project tracking * Create and disseminate

information (Release Plan, related artifacts) to project team members.

* Assist team members and Project Manager with capturing and updating
release information.

*  Assist PM with ad hoc reporting requirements for management oversight.

* Develop and maintain project document library and other project/program
repositories.

* Participate in project team meetings and assist in documenting action
items, user requirements, and project schedules.

* Adhere to strict confidentiality and information privacy requirements.



Basic Qualifications:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in release coordination and/or related
work in an IT environment.

* Functional knowledge of project management tools Microsoft Project,

Word, and Visio * Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight
deadlines.

* Ability to manage rapidly and frequently changing priorities.

* Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of
management.

* Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.

* Advanced, high level proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Visio,
Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project).

* Exceptional customer service orientation.



Preferred Qualifications:



* Bachelor's Degree in any field, or 4 years of additional equivalent work
experience.

* 3 year of experience working in an IT organization.

* Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel.





Project Coordinator Essential Functions:



* Assist Program and Project Managers with project tracking and reporting
requirements.

* Create and disseminate information (Project Plan, related artifacts) to
project team members.

* Support customers with financial analysis and planning * Propose

alternative solutions to identified gaps and obstacles in current project
initiation and reporting processes.

* Monitor RPM , Remedy and other tools and assist Project Manager(s) with
capturing and updating project information.

* Prepare and submit Purchase Orders and Capital Requests through
eProcurement.

* Create or update Service Level Agreements (SLA's), Statements of Work
(SOW's) and Recharge Agreements.

* Assist PM with ad hoc reporting requirements for management oversight.

* Partner with Financial Analysts on analyzing capital and non-capital
reports for reporting project/program actual and committed dollars.

* Develop and maintain project document library and other project/program
repositories.

* Participate in project team meetings and assist in documenting action
items, user requirements, and project schedules.

* Adhere to strict confidentiality and information privacy requirements.



Basic Qualifications:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination and/or related
work.

* Functional knowledge of project management tools Microsoft Project,

Word, and Visio) * Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal
communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Strong analytical, summarization, conceptualization, and prioritization
of skills.

* Ability to initiate and drive process improvements.

* Strong negotiating and influencing skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight
deadlines.

* Ability to manage rapidly and frequently changing priorities.

* Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of
management.

ledgers, invoice management, capital/operating expense management and

budget forecasting
