*F2F Required!!* *Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities * * Retrieve data and conduct data driven analytics utilizing various analytical tools, software and techniques Utilize statistical and segmentation tools to develop targeting strategies. * Partner with cross functional teams to drive implementation of the recommendations. *Qualifications* * Experience in data manipulations including the usage of basic standard SAS procedures * Strong in SAS, SQL and Excel (pivot tables), SAS Macros exp is nice to have. They must be able to analyze large amounts of data and provide summaries. * This is an immediate need and we need someone to start asap * 3+ years of analytical work experience in HC preferred, * Demonstrated ability in data retrieving and manipulation as well as proficient analytical skills. * Quick learner of new technologies and business functions * Advanced degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or other quantitative discipline is preferred * Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional team members. * Demonstrated ability in problem solving and think independently * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to ensure high quality work even when timeline is tight * Knowledge of SAS and SQL is must.
