working with SQL and UNIX Experience with ER/Studio or ERwin, required
Strong analytical and communications skills Team player; ability to work
well with changing priorities; demonstrated flexibility



Role supports data modeling needs for MDM/BPM Workflow project development,
under the guidance of the MDM & Data Design team leads. Primary
Responsibilities include: * Convert preliminary logical data model to 3rd
normal form physical model * Perform data modeling for new relational
database; collaborate with team lead/senior designer to create data
solutions for business and systems requirements. * Adhere to, and enforce,
data standards and best practices. * Attend requirements gathering meetings
with team lead, senior designer, application teams, Database Administrators
(DBAs), and/or business partners to understand business needs. Create
Functional & Technical Documentation for all database structures. * Support
application teams with data identification and analysis. * Convert logical
data model to physical model and database in development environment;
transition to DBAs for test and production environments. * Create and
maintain Metadata, including table/column definitions. * Prepare, maintain
and publish documentation, including business transformation logic
(Source-to-Target Mappings), data models and data dictionary reports.
