*Please find below the requirement for Service Now Developer, please share the resumes if anyone available and interested for this position.* *Title: ServiceNow Developer* *Duration: 6 months to start* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* This position will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and developing within the enterprise ServiceNow ITSM solution. The Service Now developer will work within a matrix-managed organization as part of the User Support Services as well as supporting other IT service teams. The developer will have the responsibility for supporting the existing ITSM product modules and working with the service directors, process owners, business analysts and developers to resolve issues/defects. The developer will also implement enhancements, working with the service director as part of the development team. *Roles and Responsibilities:* · Transform functional requirements into detailed technical designs that represent actionable development tasks · Gather and interpret system requirements and develops detailed system specifications · Recommend improvements or changes to technical and functional designs where appropriate · Ensure that technical designs meet functional design requirements as well as maintain the integrity and sustainability of the application · Complete software development based on functional and technical design specifications · Complete configuration and implementation tasks based on functional and technical design specifications · Perform technical validation and testing to ensure requirements are satisfied · Research, identify and document gaps in software designs · Reach out to third party vendor and involve them of any software defects · Follow best-practices and UM standards in coding and designing the software · On-call production support · Communicate effectively with customers and other support departments · Create directions/checklists for processes/procedures used in daily tasks and technical infrastructure changes, · Responsible for sharing product knowledge with team members · Responsible for project planning/status updates and needed problem resolution · Attend technical / personal skills training *Required Qualifications:* · *3 years ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment* · ServiceNow Administrator and scripting training. · Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions · Experience using SQL, JavaScript and HTML · Experience with IT Service Management, Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Catalog Request, Knowledge Management. *Preferred Qualifications:* · Ability to balance multiple tasks/initiatives and meet agreed upon deadlines. · Ability to work independently on specific tasks.
