*Job Description:*

Reporting to the Director, IT Business Management & PMO Operations, the
Analyst - IT Biz Mgmt & PMO defines and manages the standard processes for
the Project Management Organization. This role also leads all aspects of IT
financial reporting and communication. This work is integral to
coordinating information and efforts among PMO constituents and customers.



*Key responsibilities: *

   - Facilitates, manages, identifies and analyzes standard PMO processes
   - Documents PMO processes; ensures approval and monitors
   adoption/compliance
   - Implements policy decisions that address broad risks and/or strategic
   opportunities
   - Tracks, measures and reports on the progress of standard procedures;
   refines these procedures as needed
   - Analyzes how standard process decisions and definition impact existing
   project management processes and tools
   - Communicates and trains the IT organization on new and improved PMO
   processes, policies and guidelines·


   - Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational,
   time management, administrative, problem solving and analytical
   skills·
   - Leads and communicates standardized financial reporting to IT and
   Finance partners.·
   - Champions the IT Portfolio Labor spend (reporting, discussion,
   adjustments).·
   - Works closely with IT Vendor Mgmt and aligns on external
   spend.·
   - Attends portfolio review/ ledger reconciliations and other meetings to
   participate in discussions on current and future forecasts. Skills and
   competencies:·
   - A minimum of 5 - 7 years of Project Management and/or PMO Support
   experience·
   - Strong exposure to formal software development and project management
   processes and methodologies·
   - Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required (Pivot tables, V-Look-ups,
   Macros). Experience with Visual Basic for Applications is
   preferred.·
   - General knowledge of financial and time reporting concepts.·
   - Project Management experience (within a PMO organization)·
   - Self-motivated and detail-oriented·         Tenacious and
   results-driven.·
   - Illustrates strong initiative and ownership·         Responsive,
   energetic, positive and diplomatic·
   - Insists on producing and accepting quality deliverables·
   - Excellent business writing skills·
   - Strong analytical and trend analysis skills·
   - Excellent presentation and communication skills·
   - Ability to credibly and comfortably interact with individuals at all
   levels of the organization (including VPs and SVPs)·
   - Able to balance between tactical and strategic perspectives·
   - Demonstrates leadership skills (influences, motivates, coaches and
   champions change)·
   - Ability and desire to form strong business partnerships in a
   fast/dynamic environment·
   - Experience in a matrix managed organization preferred·
   - Bachelor's degree required·
   - PMP Certification a plus
