Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location : Richmond, VA - Need Local Consultants only Duration : 6 months contract ******Candidates must be LOCAL to Virginia (VA)****** *Job Description :* Provide support for Pavement Management & Scheduling System including, software/business process reconciliation, requirements elicitation, data conversion, system integration, validation, and project plan/schedule development. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review application capabilities, workflow, scheduling and interface dependencies. Work with business customers and application developers to translate business processes into application requirements. Review data use and attributes to define interface and data conversion requirements and mappings. Analyze business information processing needs and plan and design automated solutions, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering.
