If you have any Sr QA Analyst candidates please share the profile to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* Minimum Qualifications: -BS Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Industrial or equivalent experience - 5+ years of quality assurance in Engineering or equivalent Desired Qualifications: -MBA with engineering undergraduate degree - 3+ years of supervisory experience or 5+ years working in a lead role directing and guiding other personnel - ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) -Experience with gas and electric utility material and equipment as an auditor, quality engineer, or inspector -Knowledge of auditing principles and processes -Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma with experience in solving manufacturing problems -Knowledge of Applicable Materials and Equipment -Knowledge of Applicable Codes and Standards -Knowledge of Applicable Manufacturing and Testing Procedures -Proficient skills in Microsoft Office -Knowledge of budget forecasting *Responsibilities* -Supervises and provides guidance to auditors on audit practices, and ensures documentation of audit findings in a clear, concise, and direct manner to management. -Execute the Quality audit process for supplier assessments, assist in developing and executing annual supplier assessment plan and conduct supplier site assessments. -Ensures that audit procedures are in place and that audit quality is maintained. -Ensures the audit process is efficient and effective across the different lines of business and that data accuracy is maintained. -Partners with line of business clients to develop proactive supplier assessment plans, audit plans, schedules, budgets, and that audits meet all specified requirements and expectations. -Conducts and participates in pre-assessment meetings, including ensuring the compilation of appropriate pre-assessment information and audit plans and schedules. Participates in post-assessment briefings, provide technical expertise to ensure quality objectives are achieved. Tests and validates suppliers' quality control processes. -Ensures auditor training and development plans are in place and being executed. -Reviews and edits audit reports for content and technical accuracy, along with ensuring that reports are issued in a timely manner. -Coordinates audits with outside consultants and contractors as needed, and ensures issuance of Contract Work Authorizations (CWA) when audits are processed with contract auditors. -Manages the quality of work, schedules, and training for three quality auditors.
