Title: Data Modeler/Architect Location: Warren NJ Duration: 12months *Summary*: -Manages architecture organizations responsible for a particular functional area. -Sets the priorities for the organization. -Makes key project governance and Client state decisions. -Assists staff in producing key architecture deliverables. -Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. -This individual may lead several teams that may cross project boundaries, but typically will be responsible for both deliverables and projects. *Job Description*: -Create and maintain conceptual/logical domain models & physical data models. -Provide direction & guidance for data distribution (extract, transformation & loading). -Provide expertise in database performance analysis & tuning. -Provide expertise & guidance for creating data-marts & reporting data stores. -Provide governance oversight for database changes & SQL, PL/SQL & stored procedures. *Experience and Qualifications*: -10+ years of experience in data architecture & design. -Experience in producing ERDs, logical & physical data models using tools like Erwin or Oracle Designer. -Experience working with ETL tools such as Informatica or AbInitio. -Experience working with reporting tools such as Business Objects or Cognos. -Experienced & proficient in SQL, PL/SQL & stored procedures. -Experience & familiarity with database ORM tools & frameworks ex. TopLink, Hibernate & JPA. Regards...
