*Note:* 10+ Years Business Analyst Experience. Must have downstream oil and Gas exp.. *Job Description: * The BEST Business Analyst will support the following areas of the project: Curricula Engagement and Build - The BA is required to engage our customers to communicate the new LMS functionality, analyze and understand the requirements for building the curricula and coordinating the effort to execute the build. Configuration/Testing Support - Act as liaison from the BEST Team to our testing team in ensuring that use cases/scenarios are represented in the testing effort. Also assures the accuracy of these scenarios. Back up other BEST BAs as assigned. *Education:* Education and Experience equally evaluated for relevance *Experience: * 10+ Years Business Analyst Experience. Experience in guiding and understanding configuration on Success Factors Learning module (at least 2 years). Strong business analysis and problem solving skills (at least 8 years experience). The ability to take complex information, analyze and reach conclusions. Can make recommendations based on analysis. Strong communication skills - This position is customer facing. The BA will engage customers and audiences of varying sizes and must be able to prepare and present clear and consistent messaging and listen for understanding. Ability to think on their feet, anticipate questions and be prepared with answers. Ability to lead a small team of people - This will be relevant in the curricula build effort where this position will coordinate with those consulting and building curricula and leading/monitoring these efforts. *Preferred Skills*: Work within a large sub-team and overall project team. Self-starter and self-managed. Understanding of project processes and methodologies and the role of the BA within them. (CPDEP knowledge and experience is a benefit). Desired - Experience with SaaS applications and their configuration in general.
