*Kindly reply to [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Job Title: Peoplesoft Administrator* *Location: Boston, MA * *Project Length: Long-term, ongoing* A PeopleSoft Administrator Job Purpose: Maintains and enhances PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 PeopleTools 8.51 environments. *PeopleSoft Administrator Job Duties:* - Maintenance of Application Servers and Web Servers. - Establishes PeopleSoft system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures. - Maintains PeopleSoft system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor. - Secures PeopleSoft system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation. - Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software. - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Ensures timely patching of underlying systems, works with vendors and other Commonwealth technical teams to coordinate scheduled downtime. *Skills/Qualifications:* PeopleSoft System Administration, AIX Operating Systems, UNIX scripting, PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleSoft Architecture Skills, Software Performance Tuning, Networking Knowledge, Oracle, Database Performance Tuning Regards, Sara Wilson - Staffing Manager Direct : 646-340-0603 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
