BTEQ framework experience is key here. The resource can start asap with their first step being going through the client's Informatica/Teradata standards documentation before filtering that knowledge to the rest of the team and also getting us on the right track in our data development activities This person has to be a leader with excellent INFA/TERA development competence as well. To date it has been a struggle for us to independently grasp and make progress with development using the client's standards.
