 *Duration: Longterm to Hire*



Roles and Responsibilities: Understand the business requirement, and use
the knowledge and experience of IBM Case Manager to develop solutions

As a FileNet Application Developer in MB IT, your responsibilities will
encompass the following:

* Develop high-profile applications through Object-Oriented design using
Java, J2EE & FileNet P8 technologies.
* Lead projects with small and large teams, covering various aspects of
software development, process and methodology.
* Participate in warranty activities for applications delivered by the
Imaging team.
* Participate in best practices and technology direction discussions.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of IT experience
* B.S. - degree in Computer Science or related field
* Excellent technical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, instant messaging)
* Proven track record of delivering quality projects/application

FileNet Skills Required:
* FileNet P8 Case Manager 5.1 and/or 5.2.
* FileNet P8 5.1 and/or 5.2 (Process Engine, Content Engine and Application
Engine)
* Designing complex workflow processes.
* Development of custom components using FileNet CE, PE & Case Manager APIs
* Business Process Framework

Some Java & J2EE Skills Required:
* Experience in Core Java
* Experience with J2EE technologies (JSP, Servlets, JSF, JSTL, EJB, JMS,
Web Service, JavaScript, AJAX)
* Experience with DB2 database.
* Experience with IBM WebSphere application server
* Experience with Unix (AIX) and Windows Operating Systems.

Desired Skills:
* Frameworks - Spring, Struts and Hibernate
* Java Design Patterns
* Experience with Oracle Database.
