- 8+ years of relavant experience - Ability to work with IT and business partners to gather requirements - Ability to help refine and define business requirements to align with a technical data concept - Ability to translate requirement to identify key data needs - Ability to perform impact analysis on existing applications and data models leveraging tools including but not limited to, Rochade and Erwin - Ability to translate data needs into source to target mappings - Ability to work serve as the central point of contact between internal clients and technical teams including but not limited to developers, tech leads, architects, business partners and project managers - business knowledge in financial services is strongly preferred including retirement (401k, 403b, IRA), banking, brokerage, insurance and asset management knowledge / experience.
