*position-o**racle Core Human Resources / HCM Architect * *Contract-6months* *location-san francisco ca usa * Primary Mission: - *Integration - Workday-To-Oracle (60%)*: Assist in the design of, and ultimately build an integration solution whose object is to funnel transactional data flowing from an external HCM system (Workday) into Oracle HCM, in order to maintain synchronization between the HCM system of record (Workday) and Oracle Financials. - *Data Conversion (30%)*: In connection with a migration from Oracle HCM to Workday HCM, design, build and test advanced data extracts meeting very specific third-party requirements. - *RICE Support Activities (10%)*: Assist functional resources with ongoing technical support, as needed. Required Qualifications: - Intimate knowledge of the Oracle Core Human Resources APIs, specifically in the context of near-real-time integration from an external system (Workday). - Substantial experience with PL/SQL wrappers applied to interfaces (incoming to Oracle). - Deep understanding of the idiosyncrasies of the Oracle HR data model, specifically in a multi-Business Group environment. - High degree of familiarity with the native integration between Oracle Financials and Oracle Human Resources. - Demonstrated ability to use advanced logic and design to build complex data extracts.
