*Title: UX Architect Product 3* *Location: Can be either in Louisville, KY or Chicago, IL* *Duration: 3-6 month contract* ******MUST BE LOCAL FOR A FACE TO FACE******* *Kindly reply to [email protected] <[email protected]>* Description: *UX Architect - Product* - *Focus on quality and delivery of end-to-end user experience of digital product(s)* - Accountable for the cohesive, usable, and scalable user experience of one or more digital product(s), across programs, projects, and releases - Leads communication and collaboration between product interaction designers, visual designers, content strategists, and copywriters to ensure alignment of UX deliverables - Collaborates and builds consensus with product stakeholders, especially BRO, DAM, BAs, and Content Strategist; always representing the user point of view but with consideration and appreciation for the realities of feasibility and delivery - Works closely with other UXAs and DVDLs to ensure consistency across products and programs - Establishes and advocates a user experience strategy for the product, based on deep understanding of business goals and audience needs and expectations - Maintains deep understanding of product current experience, business objectives, audience(s), roadmap, features, design trends and best practices, research, metrics, VOC and other measures, competitive landscape, and full Humana digital ecosystem - Leads efforts to continuously improve the product experience, including usability testing, expert evaluations, and MVT; share findings with UX, digital, and business stakeholders - Leads creation of early design sketches and end state vision prototypes to inform digital intake, stakeholder consensus, and product experience strategy - Has a clear point of view on an optimized product experience, while helping stakeholders define minimum viable product when necessary. - Accountable that digital principles, standards, styles, design patterns, and renderings are followed and represented correctly for all projects within the product domain - Accountable for interaction design, visual design, and content deliverables being in sync - Maintains prioritized list of needed improvements and maintenance items, initiating and leading efforts to complete these items - Identifies opportunities for new standards; help drive priorities for new or updated digital standards, styles, and renderings - Assist with efforts to solve design problems and create/update digital standards, styles, and renderings - Responsible for scoping, estimating, and planning UX effort for all projects within the product roadmap, working with UX leadership to organize resources and reviews - Ensures the product site map is maintained; ensure all UX deliverables are organized following established procedures - Assists with training and onboarding UX team members assigned to the product Regards, Sara Wilson - Staffing Manager Direct : 646-340-0603 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
