Title: ECM Solution Architect Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 6 month contract to hire *(so no H-1 candidates please)* ******MUST BE LOCAL FOR A FACE TO FACE****** *Requirements* - Works with the Business Analyst to translate requirements into system capabilities and deliverables - Ensures ECM non-functional and security requirements are documented and approved - Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical end user support solutions, either individually or in concert with project team, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes *Skills & Abilities:* - Experience defining and documenting reference architectures - Proven understanding of design techniques and proven experience with multiple types of data structures and database access methods - Experience leading complex software projects and directing others as it pertains to ECM technical solutions, including oversight in consulting engagements - Experience demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of programming and design principles, methodologies, tools and techniques - Experience working with offshore development and QA resources ยท Experience in technical planning and estimation - High level of energy and enthusiasm. Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and advanced problem solving skills. Needs to be resilient; resolving conflicts quickly to achieve desired business results - Excellent communication both written and verbal required. Must be able to present in front of a group of individuals. Must be able to write both technical and non-technical documentations to be understood and read by all levels within the organization. - Full software life cycle experience. Knowledge of custom business application development lifecycles and implementation practices (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, etc.) - Technical skills and background in: o .NET platform, Java, Open Source (or any other environment) o Web services (SOAP and REST) / XML o Cloud/SAAS models, UI, and SOA/integration implementation practices o N-tier, multithreaded, design and development frameworks o SQL database design and development - Capability planning analysis to support solution availability and scalability needs, including performance and load testing, application and database tuning - Experience with AWS/Azure cloud-based solution implementations is a plus - Experience with ECM technologies including Ephesoft, OnBase, and Alfresco is a plus.
