Planning and management of entire data conversion process, looking after all aspects of data recoverability, integrity, security, and availability. The Data Lead is a key role in this project, the primary aim of which is to enable company’s transition from a disparate HR landscape to a single source of truth global HR system. It will encompass the company’s entire workforce in the Americas and Europe, 12,000 employees in over 12 countries.
